Return Policy

At Revert, we take pride in delivering quality products that you’ll love.

However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out, and that’s okay. Our return policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. We ask that the items be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags intact and in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized or final sale items unless they arrive damaged.

To begin the return process, simply reach out to our customer service team at support@revertnow.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back. After we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. While we aim to make this as seamless as possible, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different size or color, you’re welcome to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

All orders placed within the USA will be shipped from our USA facility, while orders placed outside the USA will be shipped from our UAE location.
