My name is Shakeenah and I founded Revert in 2017. At first “Revert Apparel” was an everyday wear collection, but after a year or so I decided to rebrand my business. So in 2018, I started to design Modest Modern Chic Women’s Clothing which is a reflection of who I am and my personal style. Originally I started with just 15 dresses but now our collection has evolved to include separates, knits, suedes, and accessories in limited quantities.

I created this ready-to-wear brand because I found it was difficult to find modest chic clothes for a woman who is shaped like myself with curves. My mission here at Revert is to simplify for “the woman on-the-go” and to help her build a wardrobe of versatile pieces that reflects both her personal (curvy-sophisticated silhouettes with inspired design details) and influential lifestyle.  #empoweredwomenempowerwomen
